Sustainable Change That Actually Works
We are excited to soon be launching an in person, small-group coaching program facilitated by Anna-Klara Skarp, registered nurse and menopause health coach. It’s designed to help you build daily, realistic habits that support your body during midlife.
This isn’t about quick fixes or all-or-nothing thinking.
It’s about momentum.
Small, supportive actions repeated consistently.
Lifestyle medicine that feels sustainable.
Focusing on energy, wellbeing, and how you feel, not just the number on the scales.
You don’t have to do it alone.
What the Program Includes
Over four evenings across eight weeks, we’ll meet in-clinic in a safe, supportive space Together, we’ll explore:
- Your values and what truly matters in this stage of life
- Habits around food, sleep, alcohol, movement, and stress
- Practical strategies to support metabolism and energy
- Gentle somatic techniques to regulate the nervous system
- Mindset shifts for lasting change
Each week combines:
âś” Clear goal setting
âś” Accountability and support
âś” Practical habit change tools
âś” Nervous system support
Bring a friend if you’d like, having someone alongside you can make the journey even more powerful.
